Welcome to Beverly's Cabins.

If you desire to have a Perfect spot to relax and get away, I have just what you want! If you are weary of all the big boats and waves at the Lake of the Ozarks come to the River. I am offering to you these four charming Osage River front Cabins. They are located 18 miles from the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks, MO , the Mid-West's largest vacation spot. The property is located about 14 miles down river from the famous Bagnell Dam at Lake Ozark, MO. I like to float the River from the Dam to these cabins in a Jon boat. The peace an quite is wonderful. It is a nice day trip and very relaxing. There are some neat gravel bars along the way for campfires and swimming.

The cabins are located on a paved street. There is a public boat ramp across the street. All of the cabins are newly remodeled and very nicely decorated. One cabin even has a real elk chandelier, valued at $1200. Each cabin is about 1,000 sq ft. and each has two beds and one bath. The property has a large oversized three car garage with a kitchen for entertaining. The view is perfect with the river flowing by. We counted at least 8 eagles nesting here in January 2007. The property is located all together on nearly three acres.

Each cabin is very different. Each cabin has a history and a story behind it. One was an old Post Office dated early 1900's. One was an old Barber Shop dated early 1930's (where I live) and one was an old fisherman hideaway dated 1940's. One is newer built but still has the charm of the others. In the late1800's and early 1900's this was a steamboat stop and ferry landing.

There is a handmade cave or cellar (I call it my wine cellar) located behind one of the cabins. It is a large room, hand tunneled into the bluff and hand poured with concrete. This is really neat and would make a perfect wine cellar or storm shelter.

You will love the sound of nature and the peaceful setting with the Osage River flowing by. This property would make a wonderful family retreat or a corporate hideaway. You can use the cabins as an investment property and rent them out! They would make a wonderful Bed and Breakfast business. I live here year round and use two of the cabins as guest houses and one as a business. This is a must see property!

There is nothing like it on the Osage River. Never do you get a chance to own nearly 3 acres in a small Village on paved roads. There is a boat dock also available. I might be interested in trading for property of equal value. I will be glad to answer all your questions if I can.
